1. Filite 'beer'
First on my list of favourites is a beer that apparently isn't really a beer. Because of its low-malt content, Filite isn't considered a beer but for all intents and purposes let's say that it is. It tastes a whole lot better than other Korean beers and is also a whole lot cheaper at about $1.80 for a 500ml can while other, "real", Korean beers, such as Hite, are $3.00 for 500ml. The price difference is due to the fact that it isn't considered a real beer by Korean standards, so it's taxed less.
2. Five Foot Two
This documentary follows Lady Gaga during and after the production of her latest album, Joanne, and leading up to her Super Bowl halftime show performance. As someone who is horrified of sharing personal vulnerability, I really appreciate how incredibly raw and real she is throughout. I really appreciate Lady Gaga as an artist, but more recently as a human since I saw her perform in Seoul back in 2014.
3. It
Despite having watched 94% of this movie from behind my hands, I stand by it as a favourite. I left the theatre giggling at how horrifying it was. It's been a long time since a movie has really scared the bejeezus out of me like that.
4. Superfruit
This BFF duo is part of Pentatonix, and I've watched their YouTube channel for years. Throwback shout out to their fab rendition of Nicki Minaj's 'Feeling Myself'.

5. 볼빨간사춘기 / Bolbbalgan4 - Red Diary Page 1
This duo was just in my last favourites post, and I was pleasantly surprised at the end of September with a brand new mini album from them. It does not disappoint. They are perfect.
The lead single, Some / 썸탈꺼야, is good
but it's the last track on the album, To My Youth / 나의 사춘기에게, that is my absolute favourite thing overall. It nearly brings me to tears even before the lyrics begin and then once they begin and I'm dead. Every time.
6. I can't finish this post without mentioning how awesome our engagement/wedding photos turned out. The whole experience was new/bizarre/exciting, and I'm in the process of writing a post about it.
