I’ve been reading a plethora of packing tips recently for people going to Korea and I am incredibly confused about what to expect weather-wise. One person says that “there’s no reason to giggle when you’re carrying 10kg worth of clothes and equipment at -10c.”
Really?? Minus 10 degrees celsius is considered cold?
Perhaps she/he meant that carrying around the weight wasn’t fun… But I’ve also read that I should pack a heavy, down-filled winter coat and lots of long johns.
For the purpose of comparison, I Googled the climate of both cities. Wikipedia tells me that in January, the average low for North Bay is -17 degrees celsius while in Mokpo? -1.5 degrees celsius. Please.
