Top 10: Why Vacation Classes are Great

1. Not teaching from a book
2. Teaching what I want
3. Teaching only 2 classes for a total of 3 hours a day for 10 days
4. Teaching small classes of only 5-10 students
5. Getting to know my students better
6. Sleeping in an extra 30 minutes
7. Being home by __ o'clock (this may be a secret)
8. Wearing whatever I damn well please because my school is cold and I wear my coat all day anyway
9. Having time for other things such as professional development, hobbies, errands, and naps
10. Looking forward to upcoming vacation plans/non-plans
